Welcome to QuantBot. By accessing or using our platform at quant-bot.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

QuantBot is operated by QuantBot FZCO, registered at Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP Building A2, UAE.

• "Platform" — the quant-bot.com website and all its services.
• "User" — any person who registers for or uses the Platform.
• "Strategy" — an algorithmic trading strategy provided through the Platform.
• "Token" — a DollarPerSignal credit used to receive trade signals.
• "AI Mentor" — the AI-powered educational assistant available on the Platform.
• "Subscription" — a recurring payment plan granting access to Platform features.

• Email verification is required before first login.
• You must provide accurate, current information.
• One account per person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@quant-bot.com.

• Three tiers are available: Free ($0), Trader ($49/month), and Master ($149/month).
• Payments are processed via NowPayments in cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20).
• No refunds on crypto payments — subscriptions expire at the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice.
• Yearly plans are available at a 15% discount.

• Strategies are provided as-is for educational and informational purposes.
• No guarantee of future performance or profitability.
• Past backtest results do not guarantee live trading outcomes.
• The User is solely responsible for all trading decisions.
• Strategies are delivered in native file formats (e.g., .ex4, .ex5).

• Tokens are credits for use on dollarpersignal.com.
• Token allocation: Free (3 one-time), Trader (30/month), Master (100/month).
• Tokens are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Unused monthly tokens do not roll over.
• 1 token = $1 value; profitable signals cost 1 token, losing signals return 0.5 tokens.

• The AI Mentor is an educational tool, not a financial advisor.
• Responses may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Users should independently verify all information.
• Usage limits: Free (no access), Trader (20 messages/day), Master (unlimited).
• We do not store conversation content permanently.

• All strategies, code, content, and materials are owned by QuantBot.
• Downloading strategies grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license.
• This license is valid only during your active subscription period.

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share strategies with third parties.
• Reverse engineer or decompile strategy files.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated tools to scrape Platform content.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purposes.

• QuantBot is not liable for any trading losses incurred through the use of our strategies or tools.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in subscription fees in the preceding 12 months.
• We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or completeness of Platform services.
• Strategies and AI Mentor are educational tools, not trading recommendations.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon termination, access to strategies and premium features ceases immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

• We may update these terms at any time.
• Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
• Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
